At ezpz, we want you to love what you wear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your fit isn't quite right, we make the exchange or refund process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment automatically as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
